Such a different sound...more tuba and trombone? Also note that recording wasn't as good as it is today. Anyway, I just love the sound of this music. Pure delight to me. Thank you for putting this out there so that I could find it!

Angel Morelo prieš 2 mėnesius Its amazing to think close to 80% of all the music written before tye 21st century only exists in vinyl and consquentually whenever I play a record here at home ,perhaps no one alive has heard it in close to a century . It really makes you wonder how much history is lost in a span of a lifetime and how beautiful it is really is that some record remains at all . When you pick up a rock you can say the same thing ,some of them have been around for centuries if only they could talk Im sure they would have so many stories to tell perhaps even shed some light on the creation of the universe haha

I cherish this music, as it gives me BOTH a loving, sentimental "spiritual connection" to my beloved grandparents(now departed) and also somehow "transports" me back to a fascinating era in history!.... By the way, in "Track #11" , that's gotta Guy Lombardo & his Royal Canadians, eh?!>>(your list says it's Abe Lyman ~ an error?)....As a kid, even up into my teenage years, I loved listening to Guy Lombardo's Christmas LP albums at every Yuletide season! Elizabeth prieš 1 savaitę I'm 13 and I just realized, I am indeed an old soul, This music is so much better then today's vile modern music. I wish music was still like this, I wish people would dance like they did back in the 20s, and dress like they did back then, I mean Flappers are just the cutest dress ever! I wish music was still like this were you could actually dance to it.
