SJ R prieš 1 savaitę I've tried to listen to other narrators doing the Tuppence and Tommy series and just couldn't get through them, too much stimulus in their delivery, I guess. Hugh Fraser as the Narrator is Perfect, I am enjoying every minute of this audiobook, thank you very much.

I think Agatha Christie who sold more books than anyone except Shakespeare and the Bible obviously, is still the Queen of mystery and because I have had a near death experience, I suspect that she is a muse inspiring the actors/directors/producers/writers from the spirit world! It wouldn’t surprise me at all! We love you Agatha! You are still The reigning queen of mystery!!

He’s always been an excellent actor and he doesn’t get enough credit because people just think of him as the sidekick of Poirot whereas actually that’s because he spent so much time devoted to that role on television but when you get that out of your head he is genuinely very good and he does female characters with gusto and he’s not afraid to look silly he gets away with it and the characters sound very real! You can tell he appreciates what he is reading! So many times I’ve seen negative comments about him saying oh I wish it was David Suchet Reading the Belgian detective but he does just a good job!
